Ordering pens in our webshop

Ordering a pen at Pengraveren.nl is very easy. With the pen or refill you want to order you first make a choice of type. You can also specify a number here, by default this is set to 1. Note: this is where you can enter a pen engraving. Then put the item in the shopping cart and you can proceed to your details.

Engraving a pen

In the webshop, you can specify engraving before you checkout. You can indicate whether the user is left- or right-handed so we can adjust the text direction of the engraving accordingly. We engrave pens free of charge in Arial font (italic). If you choose another font, you will pay a small fee. Many pens have space for two lines of engraving, but this does not apply to all pens. Are you unsure if there is enough room on your pen? If so, please contact us.

Checkout

When you have finished shopping and/or engraving, proceed to checkout. In this menu, enter your billing and shipping address and choose a shipping and payment method.

At Pengraveren you have a choice of payment methods.

PayPal
PayPal allows you to make secure online payments through your PayPal account to which your bank account and/or credit card is linked. Read more about PayPal.

iDEAL
With iDEAL you pay safely from the familiar payment environment of your Dutch bank. You are automatically redirected to your banking environment. Read more about iDEAL.

Credit card
Pay with your credit card? At Pengraveren you can pay your pen with Master Card or Visa.

Bancontact
With Bancontact you pay safely through the trusted and secure environment of your own bank with a unique TAN (Transaction Authorization Number). Read more about Bancontact.

Placing a large or special order

Do you want to place a large order? In many cases you can benefit from interesting graduated discounts. For more information, contact us by mail or phone, or choose the "request a quote" button in the upper right corner of our shop. You can also contact us if you have special requests regarding your order. Our customers are important to us, so we are happy to help you where we can.
